Unusual Sight: Seal Relaxing on a Freighter's Rudder in Vancouver's English Bay

While working as a ship's agent, Raglin and his team encountered a seal lounging on the rudder of a massive freighter at anchor in Vancouver's English Bay. This unexpected encounter left Raglin and the other ship inspectors intrigued, as they wondered how the seal had managed to climb onto the rudder and why it chose to rest there.
Raglin, who frequently observes whales and dolphins during his travels, found this seal's behavior particularly unusual. As he stepped off a grain ship at anchor, the launch driver pointed out the seal's unique resting spot. Despite the mystery surrounding the seal's presence, it seemed to enjoy the attention, posing for people on the launch and allowing them to take photos.
